National Peace Essay Contest
Open to all high school grades, and could be used in a number of different high school classes. They fly 50 state level winners (I was one, back in High School) to a very nice week-long conference in DC, complete with simulations, trips to Embassies, etc. Quite a number of scholarships are also given to state and national winners.
